Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop customer-specific strategies for business growth and retention.
• Review research to anticipate competition, market trends, and customer attitudes toward services and relationships.
• Consult with development teams on market requirements and product features.
• Communicate customer strategies across marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction functions to the executive team.
• Coordinate account strategy with the corporate growth plan and collaborate on pricing, positioning, and packaging.
• Evaluate program results and present recommendations for strategic changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field, plus 5–8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading customer growth and retention programs.
• Experience managing employees, including hiring, work assignment, performance evaluations, training, and problem resolution.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work in a primarily quiet environment involving regular sitting, walking, and hand use.
