Engineer Staff/Senior - Maint Capt East (Natural Gas)

What you will do

• Lead sophisticated technical tasks and engineering projects with significant scope and complexity.
• Develop and implement technical standards and specifications.
• Interpret the technological aspects of business initiatives and coordinate with leaders to support project success.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to leaders.
• Apply engineering expertise to improve earnings, compliance, training, and operational processes.
• Manage project resource requirements and may supervise team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field from an ABET-accredited college or university, or a relevant engineering technology degree with a Professional Engineer license.
• Staff level: at least 15 years of progressive engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Senior level: at least 8 years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Ability to work across engineering specialties covering more than one subject area.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as a priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills; travel may reach 50%.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer certification.
• Project management experience.
