Head of Solutions Engineering, EMEA (AI)

Location: Doha, Qatar; Dubai, UAE; or Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Frequent travel across EMEA is required.

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy, qualification, and execution for complex customer deals in partnership with Sales and regional leadership.
• Build, recruit, mentor, and enable a distributed Solutions Engineering and Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA.
• Define repeatable pre-sales processes, tools, playbooks, and regional enablement programs.
• Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept programs through deployment and production adoption.
• Represent hirify.global’s platform to executives, technical stakeholders, partners, and regional industry forums.
• Bring customer insights to Product and Engineering roadmap and feature discussions while tracking pilot conversion, utilization, revenue influence, and adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting, including 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience building and scaling technical pre-sales or customer engineering teams across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, enterprise infrastructure, and API-driven products.
• Hands-on ability to build prototypes and guide technical teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and modern model deployment practices.
• Executive presence, cross-functional collaboration skills, commercial judgment, and willingness to travel frequently across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI infrastructure, MLOps, or applied data science.
• Background working with enterprise, government, and startup ecosystems.
• Knowledge of regional AI, data, and privacy regulations.
• Experience launching new markets, scaling teams rapidly, or developing technical enablement content and GTM playbooks.
