Logistics Senior Manager

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global Operaciones de Mexico manufacturing factory in Cienega de Flores, Nuevo León, near Monterrey; this is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Manage logistics operations across more than three packing and processing buildings, covering warehousing and material supply to production lines.
• Lead and develop approximately 700 employees, including supervisors, group leaders, team coordinators, and forklift drivers.
• Manage operational performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, motivation, and satisfaction KPIs.
• Implement and sustain logistics initiatives, lean practices, 5S standards, and operational best practices across the site and globally.
• Ensure compliance with FSC, OEA, CTPAT, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and internal work regulations.
• Manage logistics resources, solve critical operational problems, reduce costs, and develop the annual budget.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouses and logistics processes in a manufacturing factory, including material supply to production lines.
• Broad knowledge of forklift types, battery rooms, racking systems, intralogistics, and warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, teamwork, collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and personnel administration skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools including 5S, JIT, TPM, Kanban, and Gemba.
• Experience with MS Office, SAP, SAP Galaxy, warehouse management systems such as COMBI, and automated guided vehicles.
• Availability to travel locally or overseas, with knowledge of FSC and CTPAT or OEA considered relevant to the role.
