Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Reynosa, Mexico

What you will do

• Establish daily production schedules, determine manufacturing and purchasing sequences, and release orders on time.
• Maintain accurate production records and ihirify.globalory balances through required ERP transactions.
• Review work-center capacity and load data, resolve scheduling issues, and revise schedules to support on-time completion.
• Respond to customer order inquiries and communicate schedule changes to affected customers.
• Review and process nonstandard orders, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate output requirements with the next operation.
• Plan parts and material flow, including PFEP, container sizing, replenishment methods, supplier integration, demand analysis, and excess or obsolete ihirify.globalory corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective bilingual Spanish and English oral and written communication.
• Knowledge of AS-400 (JDE) or other ERP software.
• Problem-solving skills using RCCM and PDCA.
• Ability to plan and coordinate activities across multifunctional teams in response to changing demands and circumstances.
• Ability to establish relationships and influence others across the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction and work effectively with people at multiple organizational levels.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply, or a related field is an asset.
