Distribution Center Warehouse Lead

What you will do

• Supervise the reception and verification of incoming goods.
• Ensure correct product storage in line with safety and inventory rotation standards.
• Manage inventory and minimize errors and losses.
• Coordinate order fulfillment to maintain accuracy, efficiency, high service standards, and on-time delivery.
• Lead and train warehouse staff while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Optimize warehouse space and resources and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Office package management skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain.
• English at B1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, WMS, and OTM.
