Warehouse Supervisor (Rotate Shift)

Location: Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico. Onsite role with a rotating shift.

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse employees to support productivity and performance.
• Establish and adjust work procedures according to production schedules and warehouse demand.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Investigate shipment discrepancies, damages, and delays, and monitor KPIs including order accuracy, on-time shipments, and productivity.
• Develop and maintain departmental work instructions for warehouse tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management.
• Experience in daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proven experience leading warehouse optimization and improvement projects.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 16001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Understanding of material-handling devices used in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of quality tools including AMEF, 8D, and 5W.
• Advanced English level.
