Analyst – Continuous Improvement Enablement (Logistics)

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; hybrid Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with flexibility based on coverage. Travel: up to 25%.

What you will do

• Create training content for Managed Services employees.
• Develop SOPs and other process documentation as needed.
• Support new-hire onboarding by preparing training schedules, system logins, and related materials.
• Become a subject matter expert in Managed Services workflows and processes.
• Deliver hands-on end-user training for large projects and process changes.
• Track adoption and effectiveness of new project rollouts and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in transportation.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze data, synthesize information, and solve complex problems across functional areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple initiatives, and reprioritize as requirements change.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; willingness to travel 25% is required.
