Product Analyst Specialist (Capital Markets)

Location: Mexico City – Mariano Escobedo; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into practical capital markets solutions.
• Configure and deliver scalable system solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams to design, test, and implement high-quality solutions.
• Support clients throughout project phases, from solution design through go-live and ongoing delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to product and process enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–8+ years of experience in capital markets, consulting, or financial technology.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and influence decisions.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Experience in collaborative, global environments and familiarity with financial systems or tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or Equities.
• Knowledge of market, credit, and liquidity risk management concepts.
• Experience with software delivery or implementation projects.
• Portuguese language skills.
