HRIS Business Senior Advisor

Location: Onsite in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City, Mexico

What you will do

• Provide support and maintenance for UKG eTime and UKG Pro Workforce Management across LATAM.
• Learn and maintain the UKG eTime configuration deployed in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, and Uruguay.
• Partner with LATAM stakeholders to identify operational issues and opportunities for system improvements.
• Support HRIS deployments and enhancements in additional LATAM countries.
• Maintain system configurations to support business and policy changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state or provincial, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, computer engineering, computer science, HR technology, statistics, mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• At least five years of experience in HR technology systems, application support, or business systems analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1/C2 level and spoken and written Spanish proficiency.
• Proven experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management, including configuration, support, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations and deployments.
• Experience with SDLC concepts, testing, reporting tools, data analysis, system integrations, and root cause analysis.
