What you will do

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports and P&L statements.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting cycles.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to model compensation structures and incentive plans.
• Support investor relations by producing board-level financial materials.
• Execute ad-hoc financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with financial systems, specifically NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and GAAP reporting.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Must be located in or able to work from the San Diego/Encinitas area.
