FP&A Analyst (Finance)

Location: Hybrid work model; currently targeting talent in the San Diego/Encinitas area

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year, plus equity and benefits for full-time employees.

hirify.global is a freight and logistics company with an Accounting & Finance function supporting reporting and strategic finance.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and deliver monthly financial reports, including P&L statements.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets, identify trends and anomalies, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Support annual budgeting, expense planning, budget reviews, and forecasting adjustments.
• Partner with Revenue Operations on compensation-to-gross-profit analysis and incentive-plan modeling.
• Produce investor relations and board materials with the Strategic Finance team.
• Build sensitivity models, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools, including NetSuite Planning and Budgeting.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and GAAP reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Strong communication, presentation, accuracy, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
