FP&A Analyst

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 per year; actual offer may vary based on geographic location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Own expense budgets for multiple functions and support profitability and strategic investment decisions.
• Manage budgets and forecasts with business partners, ensuring timely and accurate system input.
• Prepare monthly actuals reporting, variance analysis, financial summaries, and leadership presentations.
• Analyze financial, operational, clinical, and economic data to provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and improve forecasting processes from data collection through analysis.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment on budgets, forecasts, and financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, plus 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience analyzing complex data sets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts.
• High standards of accuracy, precision, and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
