G&A Finance - Sr. Analyst

Salary: $135,840–$254,700 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

hirify.global’s General & Administrative Finance team supports HR, Legal, Technology Office, and Strategic Corporate Development functions.

What you will do

• Provide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support to HR, Legal, Technology Office, and Strategic Corporate Development CEO staff.
• Manage Long-Range Plan activities, headcount reporting, transformation reporting and coordination, and pro forma reporting.
• Collect, record, consolidate, reconcile, analyze, and present accounting and financial information.
• Create actionable and repeatable reports that identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
• Drive month-end close processes and resolve month-end issues.
• Design and deliver financial processes and tools while coordinating effectively across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of relevant practical experience.
• Experience independently managing the full financial planning and reporting cycle, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, Long-Range Planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting concepts, accounting principles, internal financial controls, and GAAP.
• Experience with SAP, HANA, Essbase, HPCM, or another enterprise resource planning system.
• Strong Excel, analytical, financial modeling, business case development, organization, and communication skills.
