Staff Product Operations Manager (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Partner with Product Management to translate product strategy into actionable plans and a seamless launch cadence.
• Manage daily workstreams and proactively resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and clinical teams.
• Monitor program health to identify process gaps and facilitate cross-functional sessions to design rapid solutions.
• Drive the core operational rhythm, including leadership syncs and launch readiness reviews.
• Build and optimize scalable operational systems and shared roadmaps to align hirify.global Me and Lightpath programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of program management or product operations experience within healthtech or digital health organizations.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, specifically in structuring multi-team projects and building status dashboards.
• Practical, day-to-day experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Claude, Cursor).
• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Location: Must be based in San Bruno, California.

Nice to have

• Experience managing programs in highly regulated environments, including HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Experience working alongside licensed clinical networks or health coaches.
• PMP or Prosci Change Management certifications.
