What you will do

• Run the release readiness process and operational rhythms to keep launches on track across the AI portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional coordination between product, engineering, PMM, and revenue teams.
• Define and monitor operational health metrics to surface risks and prioritize improvements.
• Own the strategy and backlog for AI-powered operational systems, including intelligent triage and automated reporting.
• Identify high-value automation opportunities to increase efficiency for EPD and GTM teams.
• Leverage modern AI capabilities (LLMs, agents) to implement step-function improvements in operational workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in engineering, design, product management, or product/design operations.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS or cloud platform product development lifecycle environments.
• 3+ years of experience driving cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in product or design operations.
• Experience with release management or GTM operations for multi-product portfolios.
• Experience owning a roadmap and collaborating with engineers to deliver solutions.
• Fluency with modern AI capabilities, LLMs, and AI-powered automation.
