Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution of AI Agent workflows from discovery through launch, validation, and iteration.
• Define end-to-end workflows by partnering with RCM experts, customers, engineers, and payer stakeholders.
• Translate customer SOPs and payer processes into reusable, configurable templates across EHRs and payer systems.
• Partner with Engineering to design APIs, orchestration patterns, data flows, configuration models, and integration layers.
• Drive payer coverage expansion across RPA, Voice, and API modalities while improving workflow reliability and scalability.
• Use customer feedback, operational results, KPIs, and failure modes to prioritize product improvements and roadmap investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning products or complex workflows through launch and iteration.
• Deep, hands-on healthcare revenue cycle management experience, including claims, denials, accounts receivable, payer follow-up, eligibility, prior authorization, and payment workflows.
• Experience working with RCM operators, billing teams, or healthcare customers and translating operational requirements into product specifications.
• Strong technical fluency with API documentation, data requirements, system integrations, and RPA, Voice, and API trade-offs.
• Experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and making evidence-based product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, executive, customer, and other technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling automation coverage across multiple payer portals and modalities.
• Background in RCM operations, workflow design, or healthcare integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, Postman, or Swagger.
• Experience with EDI transactions including 277, 835, 271, and 275/PWK.
