Product Operations Lead (AI)

Location: NYC preferred; compensation applies to domestic United States locations

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 for Metro 2 locations; $145,000–$175,000 for Metro 3 locations, plus a variable company bonus.

What you will do

• Define, track, and report product KPIs, operational metrics, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
• Optimize product development processes, roadmap management, feedback loops, internal communications, and product releases.
• Manage the product team’s operating cadence, including weekly syncs, product reviews, and roadmapping tools.
• Support quarterly and annual planning, OKR setting, budget setting, and strategic alignment with the Chief Product Officer.
• Prepare executive decks, summaries, and reports, and represent the CPO in key meetings.
• Lead cross-functional special projects and coordinate dependencies, bottlenecks, overlaps, and opportunities across product teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, product management, management consulting, strategy, or program management in an executive-facing capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence representing CPO perspectives, facilitating senior-leader meetings, and driving consensus.
• Comfort working with data, establishing tracking systems, and extracting insights from product analytics and KPIs.
• Ability to use AI tools to create content, design processes, build tools, and automate recurring tasks.
• Outstanding written and visual communication skills, including translating complex strategy into clear slide decks.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
