Company

hirify.global develops commercially deployed humanoid robots for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

What you will do

  • Define and maintain end-to-end manufacturing systems architecture covering factory automation, data flows, MES, ERP, test infrastructure, and traceability.
  • Lead integration of mechanical, electrical, software, and automation subsystems into cohesive manufacturing solutions.
  • Architect interfaces between production equipment, test systems, MES, PLM, and ERP platforms, including the migration from Micus to NetSuite.
  • Drive manufacturing system readiness for new product introductions, production ramps, and high first-pass yield.
  • Resolve active build issues such as subsystem bottlenecks, work-instruction backlogs, redlines, DFMEA gaps, and traceability issues.
  • Mentor engineers, establish technical standards, and implement digital manufacturing tools such as MBSE, digital twins, analytics, and predictive maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years, master’s degree with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience designing, integrating, and deploying manufacturing systems for complex electromechanical or robotic products.
  • Expert understanding of MES, PLM, ERP, SCADA, automation controls, test systems, and manufacturing system architecture.
  • Hands-on production experience with ERP/MES platforms; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across hardware, software, manufacturing, test, NPI, automation, and IT teams.
  • Current authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work on-site regularly are required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with robotics, advanced automation, or complex mechatronic assembly lines.
  • MBSE, digital twin, smart factory, SQL, APIs, or data lake experience.
  • Experience scaling systems from prototype to high-volume production or working in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
  • Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA processes and quality traceability systems.

Culture & Benefits

  • Full-time employment with a 6% 401(k) company match and company stock options.
  • Company-paid medical, dental, vision, and short- and long-term disability insurance from the first day.
  • Paid parental leave, an Employee Assistance Program, and paid holidays with a winter shutdown.
  • Flexible unlimited PTO for exempt employees or vacation and paid sick leave for non-exempt employees.
  • Professional development, tuition reimbursement, catered lunches, snacks, and eligible relocation assistance.
