  • 5+ years of experience supporting complex hardware products in organizations that design, manufacture, and service products.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM administration, product data governance, engineering change processes, BOMs, item master data, revision control, and engineering releases.
  • Experience supporting PLM-to-ERP integrations in a manufacturing environment, including NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
  • Experience with PLM platforms such as Empower/Omnify, Arena, Windchill, Agile, Propel, Teamcenter, or similar systems, plus Jira or comparable workflow tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

  • Experience in robotics, warehouse automation, industrial equipment, electronics, medical devices, aerospace, or other complex electromechanical products.
  • Experience in high-growth manufacturing or technology organizations.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APICS, or other continuous improvement methodology experience.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work on robotics and AI systems with real-world supply-chain impact.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Product, Service, and IT.
  • Continuous learning and career development opportunities.
  • Bonus and equity in addition to the base salary.
