Senior Social Manager (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Plan, set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize paid social campaigns, with a focus on mobile app-install activity.
• Develop campaign strategies covering channels, budgets, audiences, formats, bidding, and measurement tools.
• Own app-install campaign tracking and work with mobile measurement platforms and related datasets.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, end-of-campaign, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, media partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across global hub teams.
• Support the management, training, and development of junior paid social specialists.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or an agency environment, including client or external stakeholder management.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns with performance objectives, including mobile app-install campaigns.
• Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Kochava or AppsFlyer.
• Experience producing detailed campaign reports, client presentations, QBRs, and annual reviews.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

• Training certifications from major advertising platforms, such as Meta Blueprint.
