Director, Paid Social (Reddit Emphasis) (Reddit Ads/Meta/LinkedIn): Building a paid social service line from scratch, owning Reddit advertising for clients and Siege Media’s own campaigns with an accent on strategy, hands-on execution, client sales support, and reporting. Focus on developing repeatable service infrastructure, optimizing campaigns for pipeline, and hiring and leading the first paid social team members as revenue grows.
Location: Remote-friendly; preference for Austin or willingness to travel for periodic team gatherings
Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD base; $135,000–$155,000 USD OTE

What you will do
- Own Reddit Ads strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for clients.
- Build the Reddit advertising playbook, pricing frameworks, and reporting cadence from scratch.
- Run ’s paid social, retargeting, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns to support the sales pipeline.
- Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements with the growth team.
- Develop templates, QA processes, attribution methods, and reporting standards for a repeatable service line.
- Hire, train, and manage the first paid social associate as revenue supports team expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency experience running paid social campaigns, ideally across Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Hands-on experience with Reddit Ads Manager, including Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, and custom audiences.
- Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.
- Comfort presenting campaign strategy and results to senior client stakeholders.
- Strong written communication, with the ability to deliver client-facing work directly.
- Ability to execute campaigns and advise on strategy while building and scaling a new service line.
Nice to have
- Experience with ChatGPT ads.
- Experience building or scaling a paid social practice within an agency.
- Familiarity with multi-touch, dark social, and self-reported B2B attribution.
- An active paid social client network within the agency’s client base.
