Manager, Social

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns for Airbnb.
• Manage Meta, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and other major social platforms.
• Conduct account health checks, monitor market changes, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Create and lead testing plans, including media-owner beta initiatives where possible.
• Develop campaign strategy with the Account Director and translate it into delivery.
• Manage budgets, client presentations, calls, meetings, and workloads across offshore activation teams.

Requirements

• Exceptional hands-on paid social experience and strong knowledge of best practices across major social platforms.
• Experience managing Brand and Direct Response campaigns against performance targets.
• Expertise in audience strategy, bid rules, buying methods, automation, and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency with native and third-party platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X, LinkedIn, Smartly, and Sprinklr.
• Experience supporting, developing, and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, client presentation ability, and confidence with new AI technologies.
