What you will do

• Develop comprehensive paid social media plans and campaign tactics aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end setup and optimization of campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Snap.
• Perform regular quality assurance (QA) checks and monitor performance and pacing to ensure optimal results.
• Produce detailed campaign performance reports and insights using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Act as the primary social point-of-contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with key media partners.
• Line manage and mentor junior team members, overseeing their workloads and professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or agency-based role with a track record of managing external stakeholders.
• Extensive expertise in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and TikTok.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns for both brand and direct-response objectives.
• Ability to lead and manage hybrid teams located in different markets.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
