Senior Team Lead, Paid Social

Location: Remote within the United States, or onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or San Diego, California; candidates must be able to work continental US-based hours.

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, with final compensation based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead full-funnel Paid Social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other channels.
• Manage strategy and execution for 3–4 client accounts, applying tested recommendations at scale.
• Lead and develop a team of 4–6 direct reports while setting standards for evidence-based decision-making.
• Run experiments on Seer accounts before introducing new platforms, formats, and AI-driven workflows to clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, SEO, Analytics, Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, and business development teams.
• Build scalable processes, grow the Paid Social book of business, and develop thought leadership through case studies, webinars, blogs, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Experience leading and scaling a team with at least 2 direct reports.
• Strong experience managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple industries, platforms, engines, and management tools.
• Experience with emerging channels such as TikTok and Reddit, full-funnel strategies, creative collaboration, and measurement planning.
• Ability to test and apply AI tools, automation, and machine learning in Paid Social workflows.
• Data-driven approach with knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, data visualization, data sources, data structures, and basic SQL.
• Must be based in the United States and available to work continental US-based hours.
