What you will do

• Develop comprehensive paid social media plans and supporting materials aligned with client KPIs.
• Handle end-to-end setup of paid social campaigns using advanced features and third-party tools.
• Perform regular QA checks, monitor campaign pacing, and optimize performance.
• Produce detailed weekly, monthly, and annual campaign performance reports with strategic commentary.
• Serve as the primary social point-of-contact for clients and maintain relationships with partners like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the recruitment process as a team ambassador.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a digital marketing or agency role with a track record of client management.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns for both brand awareness and direct-response objectives.
• Strong skills in compiling insightful end-of-campaign reports and presentations.
• Ability to lead client calls and present strategies confidently.
• Required: Right to work in the United Kingdom.
