Manager, Strategic Operations

Location: Hybrid role based at the NY office, with work from home and three office days set by the employee and team.

Salary: $114,400–$157,300 annually for the preferred NY office location, with potential annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives that improve scale, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze delivery performance, economics, operational health, commercial priorities, customer data, and market data to produce leadership recommendations.
• Build and evolve dashboards, metrics frameworks, and reporting for holistic performance visibility.
• Drive process standardization, change management, transformation roadmaps, capacity planning, resource management, and governance forums.
• Scope and execute special projects, including market and customer-segment analysis, business cases, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement low-code AI and automation solutions across sales, marketing, delivery, and Evidence Solutions teams.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting, commercial strategy, business operations, technology or health technology operations, or a related field.
• Experience scoping and delivering strategic or operational projects with senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear leadership recommendations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheets, BI tools, CRM or operational data, dashboards, and reports.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Credal, or n8n, including building automation scripts or agents.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional delivery, commercial, sales, or marketing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, pharma, or other highly regulated industries.
• Background in management consulting, professional services, or delivery operations.
• Experience with go-to-market strategy, market sizing, business cases, operational playbooks, or governance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Kantata, Jira, or similar CRM and project or resource management systems.
• Interest in cancer care or mission-driven organizations.
