What you will do

  • Own, monitor, and evaluate key workflows and processes for sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Drive revenue strategy through ad-hoc data analysis and the application of strong logical frameworks.
  • Integrate people, process, and systems strategies to achieve company revenue and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the revenue organization.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to optimize tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity OR 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy.
  • Must be based in the USA (indicated by US benefits and healthcare focus).
  • Business or STEM undergraduate degree required; MBA or STEM advanced degree preferred.
  • High proficiency in Excel; experience with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau is a plus.
  • Proven experience implementing scalable workflows for high-growth startups or large enterprises.
  • Strong executive presence and business writing skills for producing detailed documentation.
