What you will do

• Operate the change process from proposal development through implementation across the Retail Energy Code, Smart Energy Code, and IGT Unified Network Code.
• Analyse impacts on code products, service providers, industry stakeholders, consumers, and related industry codes.
• Develop proportionate solutions to complex operational, technical, and regulatory issues with other Code Manager Service Providers.
• Create change proposal plans, consultations, impact assessments, legal drafting responses, cost-benefit analyses, and business cases.
• Advise stakeholders on the change process and maintain accurate, high-quality change documentation.
• Provide second-line support for change management queries and collaborate with Code Managers and service providers.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in the GB energy market.
• Understanding of the regulatory framework for the GB energy market.
• Experience developing solutions to complex operational and technical issues affecting multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to process large volumes of complex information and assess the impact of policy and regulatory change.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
• High attention to detail, quality standards, collaboration, and commitment to positive consumer outcomes.
