VP of Ecosystem and Product Partnerships (Crypto/Stablecoin)

Location: Remote within the United States, specifically NY or Chicago

What you will do

• Define and defend the ecosystem thesis covering chains, tokens, standards, and infrastructure layers.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close chain, token, and strategic product partnerships.
• Structure complex multi-party commercial agreements, including incentives, milestones, co-marketing, and long-term strategic terms.
• Align the ecosystem pipeline with the product roadmap and revenue plan.
• Shape joint product strategies with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and infrastructure providers.
• Drive integrations through Product and Engineering to delivery, while representing hirify.global at institutional events and industry forums.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience across crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure, including ecosystem development and strategic product partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of L1 and L2 architectures, consensus and execution trade-offs, token models, incentive design, DAO economics, bridging, settlement risk, and stablecoins.
• Proven experience owning and closing complex, multi-party commercial agreements and delivering them through Product and Engineering.
• Institutional credibility, recognized industry standing, and published writing, speaking, or equivalent public expertise.
• Working knowledge of API-based custody, wallet creation, transaction processing, settlement workflows, and stablecoin and token movement.
• Fluency in compliance and regulatory considerations for asset listings and network integrations.
