Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work with office attendance determined by the hiring manager

Salary: $146,200–$233,700 per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Define hirify.global’s strategic vision for expanding stablecoin capabilities.
• Lead or support strategic workstreams that strengthen stablecoin infrastructure and solutions.
• Work with product specialists to design products and solutions for clients and hirify.global.
• Prepare and communicate strategy and product recommendations to executives and senior management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across technology, product, regional, legal, and other functions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent advanced-degree experience.
• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, a high-performing startup, or investment banking.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and financial-modeling skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and operational functions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including preparation of materials for executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Payments industry experience.
• Strong understanding of stablecoin ecosystems and broader digital-asset market dynamics.
• Experience working with legal and regulatory teams on financial regulations, digital assets, or compliance.
