Head of Tokenization, APAC (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Lead product and client relationship management for hirify.global Digital Assets across APAC.
• Drive regional adoption, define APAC-specific product requirements, and lead client onboarding and go-live.
• Set the regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital asset and tokenization capabilities.
• Evaluate market opportunities, customer needs, competitive trends, and regulatory developments to shape product direction.
• Build business cases covering market sizing, ROI, pricing, and commercialization, and develop go-to-market plans.
• Partner with engineering, operations, sales, legal, compliance, and risk teams to launch scalable, operationally ready products.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of APAC capital-market structures and financing products such as repo, securities financing, and collateral management.
• Significant experience leading complex products, platforms, client solutions, or market-infrastructure initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets and related infrastructure, including tokenized assets, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, or staking.
• Experience operating in regulated environments and working with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
• Strong commercial, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate a fast-evolving market.

Nice to have

• Experience with corporate actions, investor communications, and APAC market-structure operations.
• Previous product management experience.
• Experience with regulated transfer agency businesses or similar market-infrastructure organizations.
• Experience building and scaling products in emerging markets.
