Head of Operations, Platform Product (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products including KYC/KYB, lending, and unified APIs.
• Run complex roadmap, compliance, and infrastructure programs across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners.
• Operate US regulated entities, covering licensing maintenance, operational risk, incident management, outsourcing, audits, examinations, and executive reporting.
• Lead operational work for US state money transmitter and lending license applications through approval.
• Act as an operational counterpart to regulators and examiners, handling information requests, supervisory queries, incident notifications, and follow-up actions.
• Define metrics, improve operating systems, and scale regulated B2B products and platform infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience, including strategy consulting and in-house operational execution.
• Experience in a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto company across special projects, operations strategy, business or product operations, chief of staff, or operations leadership.
• Experience operating a B2B or B2B2C technology business, preferably involving shared infrastructure, APIs, or partner-facing platforms.
• Working familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape, supervision, examinations, licensing, and regulatory-change programs.
• Experience with compliance programs and KYC/KYB onboarding, plus complex cross-functional program execution without formal authority.
• Strong communication skills across regulators, boards, engineers, legal and compliance teams, and commercial partners.

Nice to have

• Crypto or digital-assets experience, including treasury, custody, or regulated product launches.
• Experience as a founder, GM, or early operations hire at a fintech or crypto startup.
