Director of Product, Wallets & Treasury (Web3)

What you will do

• Own product strategy for enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, and access to onchain financial products.
• Build products for managing onchain balances, liquidity, permissions, policies, counterparties, and treasury operations.
• Develop programmable-money capabilities for authorization, transfers, automation, and financial workflows through APIs.
• Connect wallet balances with payments, payouts, transfers, and other money-movement experiences.
• Define product approaches across custodial, non-custodial, embedded, and hybrid wallet architectures.
• Lead products from strategy through launch and scaled adoption with engineering, design, go-to-market, ecosystem, and enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Significant product leadership experience at the intersection of enterprise wallets, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure.
• Experience building enterprise-grade wallet or digital asset infrastructure at a sophisticated financial infrastructure company.
• Deep knowledge of wallet architecture, custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security.
• Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallets and with shipping payments, money movement, treasury, or financial infrastructure products at scale.
• Strong understanding of stablecoins, decentralized finance, onchain liquidity, yield, compliance, reconciliation, reliability, and financial-system integrations.
• Technical depth for collaborating with blockchain and infrastructure engineers, plus strong product judgment involving real money, security, and trust.
