What you will do

• Lead the long-term finance data strategy and roadmap supporting planning modernization, reporting standardization, and AI capability scaling.
• Define finance data product roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, manage use cases, and measure adoption and business impact.
• Design and govern reusable finance data products, data models, and semantic layers across planning tools and dashboards.
• Establish data quality rules, validation and reconciliation routines, metadata management, lineage, and access controls.
• Translate Finance requirements into technical specifications for data engineering, architecture, and analytics teams.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement while aligning Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Technology, and Data Governance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience combining corporate finance, FP&A, planning, and reporting with data systems management.
• Deep understanding of finance processes, management reporting, planning lifecycles, and financial hierarchies.
• Experience delivering finance data transformation in large, complex, multi-business-unit organizations.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, data catalogs, semantic layers, EPM tools, data lakes, or cloud analytics stacks.
• Strong communication, executive presence, business-technical translation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, consumer products, media, or other multi-business enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with agile execution for data product delivery.
• Interest in finance transformation and AI-driven data readiness.
