Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

We're hiring: Strategy & Operations Manager — CEO/COO Office

📍 London or Limassol only — must already be based there

Looking for someone who wants to own hard, ambiguous problems end-to-end — not manage projects, not write reports.

You'll dig into vendor economics, payments, financial processes and operational inefficiencies, find the root cause, quantify the impact, and drive the fix through implementation — working directly with Finance, Product, Engineering and senior leadership.

No playbook. No narrow lane. Just real problems and the mandate to fix them.

We're looking for:
▫️ 3+ years in top-tier consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) and/or a strong analytical role at a high-growth tech company
▫️Someone who's genuinely comfortable with messy data and ambiguity
▫️An advanced AI user — not "summarize this doc," but building real Claude-powered workflows and automations that scale your work
