What you will do
- Develop and maintain banking industry use cases, solution blueprints, and documentation of data inputs, assumptions, and value drivers.
- Translate industry processes and KPIs into structured solution designs, including combining customer-generated data with third-party data.
- Support advanced analytics, AI, and agentic AI use cases by defining requirements, validating assumptions, and producing clear documentation.
- Act as a banking subject-matter expert in sales and pre-sales: support deal qualification, value articulation, proposals, demos, and executive presentations.
- Deliver sales training and knowledge enablement by teaching industry KPIs, operating processes, and buyer challenges; maintain playbooks and enablement assets.
- Collaborate with product, data science, AI, and operating unit teams to provide structured feedback, support pilots, and collect adoption feedback.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience as a subject matter expert, consultant, business analyst, or solution support role.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting related industry initiatives or senior industry/domain leaders.
- Proven ability to operationalize industry concepts into deliverables, including use case and solution development.
- Strong understanding of industry processes, KPIs, and performance metrics, applied in customer, sales, and solution contexts.
- Working knowledge of data ecosystems, including customer data, third-party enrichment, analytics, AI, and agentic AI use cases.
- Fluency in English and languages relevant to the working market (where applicable).
