What you will do

• Develop banking-specific use cases, solution blueprints, and documentation covering data inputs, assumptions, and value drivers.
• Translate banking processes, KPIs, and customer requirements into structured solution designs and actionable inputs for product and data teams.
• Support advanced analytics, AI, and agentic AI use cases through requirements definition, validation, and documentation.
• Support sales and pre-sales engagements, including deal qualification, value articulation, proposals, demos, executive presentations, discovery sessions, and workshops.
• Deliver industry training for sales teams and partners and maintain playbooks and enablement materials.
• Monitor banking trends, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to support solution development and roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience as a subject matter expert, consultant, business analyst, or solution support professional.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting the relevant industry or senior industry and domain leaders.
• Experience contributing to industry initiatives, use cases, or solution development and operationalising concepts into deliverables.
• Strong understanding of industry processes, KPIs, performance metrics, data ecosystems, analytics, and AI.
• Experience structuring business and functional requirements and collaborating with sales, product, data, technology, and operating unit teams.
• Bachelor’s degree and clear, professional communication skills.
