What you will do
- Partner with Legal, Commercial, Finance, and People teams to understand processes, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse processes and recommend AI, automation, and workflow optimisation solutions.
- Evaluate AI tools, develop business cases, and translate business problems into technology and process requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to pilot and implement AI solutions.
- Measure initiative impact, support change management, and help establish responsible AI governance and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, tooling, and digital transformation concepts.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations consulting, or a similar role.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating business needs into practical solutions.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels and facilitate workshops.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and consensus-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms and AI productivity tools.
- Programme or project management experience, including business cases and ROI measurement.
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, governance, and risk management.
- Exposure to finance, HR, legal operations, contract management, compliance, or legal technology.
