Strategy & Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own ambiguous business problems and structure them into hypotheses, analyses, and actions.
• Investigate data and underlying processes to identify root causes and quantify financial and operational impact.
• Run deep dives across vendor spend, payments, banking, market data, subscriptions, financial processes, and internal operations.
• Build practical models, analyses, and decision-support tools from incomplete or imperfect data.
• Work with Finance, Product, Engineering, senior leadership, and operational teams to implement improvements and measure results.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to build repeatable workflows and automations that reduce manual work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting or a high-growth technology company.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving, quantitative analysis, financial analysis, and business judgment.
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to work with messy or incomplete data.
• Ownership mindset, independent execution, and the ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
• Advanced experience with Claude or similar AI tools beyond basic prompting and summarization.
• Ability to design and build repeatable AI-powered workflows and automations; experience with tools, APIs, spreadsheets, scripts, or automation platforms is advantageous.
