Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting (AI)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance required at least four days per week

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, intercompany processing, reporting, and corporate data requests.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, related analyses, and intercompany recharges across hirify.global, Comcast, and SKY business units.
• Coordinate with domestic and international operating companies, corporate controllership teams, and the global finance service provider.
• Assist with UK statutory accounts and annual external audit requests.
• Support process redesign, new application implementation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA qualification.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting activities, GAAP reporting, close processes, and intercompany accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables; SAP/S4 and BlackLine knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Big Four public accounting experience.
• Experience in a large multinational corporation with transfer pricing requirements.
• Experience working with AI tools, preferably Copilot.
