Senior Manager Accounting (Corporate Accounting)

What you will do

• Lead General Ledger, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and related corporate accounting operations.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, ensuring accurate, timely, well-supported, and controlled financial results.
• Maintain and scale internal controls while partnering with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, and IT.
• Develop and execute a transformation roadmap covering process redesign, systems, integrations, workflow automation, data quality, and close performance.
• Drive responsible AI adoption in Accounting through use-case implementation, training, experimentation, governance, and human oversight.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team and future leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or General Ledger accounting in a public company or similarly complex environment.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
• Experience leading Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives and improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation, with excellent project management, change leadership, executive communication, and cross-functional influence skills.

• Experience in a SaaS, software, technology, or data business.
