Salary: $78,000–$120,000 per year

What you will do
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close processes.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review and analyze GL transactions and prepare materials for financial and tax audits.
- Identify opportunities to automate existing accounting processes for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with external vendors and customers.
- Assist in the development and management of staff accountants.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in finance, consulting, or tech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Logical Formulas, Lookups, Pivot Tables).
- Working knowledge of GAAP and technical accounting areas.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Big 4 accounting experience.
- Experience with NetSuite, Intacct, or other large ERP systems.
