What you will do

• Own and drive the global close process, including milestones, risk management, and escalations.
• Execute global consolidation, ensuring complete, accurate, and audit-ready financial statements.
• Drive AI and automation adoption to improve data quality and accelerate close cycle times.
• Lead consolidation-related activities such as intercompany accounting, revaluation, and hedging.
• Partner with the Transformation team to redesign processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Play a key role in SAP implementation, including process design, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct ownership of close and consolidation processes.
• 2+ years of people management experience with a focus on coaching and team development.
• CPA certification and Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Deep U.S. GAAP expertise covering consolidation, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency matters.
• SAP experience is required; prior ERP implementation experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as the role may involve access to export-controlled technology.
