What you will do

• Broker adult social care placements and services across the Adults Brokerage team.
• Support delivery of the personalisation agenda and complete service priorities set in the work plan.
• Build professional relationships and maintain strong knowledge of the care and support market.
• Work with operational teams, commissioners, and the Quality Team to coordinate placements and services.
• Maintain accurate placement, service, personalisation, and contractual records in relevant systems.
• Contribute to market design and escalate capacity issues to Senior Brokerage Officers.

Requirements

• Experience or knowledge relevant to adult brokerage, service placement, or personalisation activity.
• Ability to develop professional relationships and communicate clearly with operational and commissioning teams.
• Ability to use resources effectively while securing quality and value for placements and services.
• Ability to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and follow required protocols and procedures.
• Ability to provide knowledge-sharing, training, and support to colleagues.
• Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom.
