Aftersales Operations Coordinator

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days per week from the Leeds office

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end refurbishment and repair operations across Europe.
• Coordinate product collections, deliveries, returns, and operational flows with retailers, carriers, repair centers, and refurbishment partners.
• Run reports, extract data, update systems and trackers, and prioritize open requirements.
• Monitor operational performance and follow up on delays, exceptions, open issues, and non-standard outcomes.
• Communicate with retailers, logistics providers, external partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Raise purchase orders, support invoice and credit-note queries, and contribute to process improvement and new circular operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and ERP systems.
• Experience in logistics, reverse logistics, supply chain, refurbishment, or repair operations is preferred.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and a willingness to learn new technical and non-technical topics.

Nice to have

• French or another second language.
