Investors Associate - Mandarin

What you will do

• Identify, engage and build relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices and other key investors.
• Manage investor relationships throughout the attendee journey before, during and after events.
• Represent hirify.global in conversations with senior investors and participate in global events.
• Maintain an accurate investor and prospect pipeline in Salesforce.
• Work with Business Intelligence to identify lead-generation opportunities and improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with Startup, Speakers, Growth, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise investor engagement.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Business or a related field.
• Experience in business development, account management, partnerships or sales.
• Knowledge of venture capital, startup funding or the broader investment ecosystem.
• Strong organisational, analytical and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform.

• Exposure to startups, accelerators, incubators or technology events.
