What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of upper SMB clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Drive revenue growth and portfolio retention through proactive relationship management and regular engagement.
• Follow up on inbound leads and proactively engage prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Deliver tailored solutions across foreign exchange, international payments, and risk management products.
• Educate clients on market developments and promote the use of digital self-service tools to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking using CRM and sales enablement platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or relationship management.
• 2+ years of experience within cross-border payments, foreign exchange, or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio with revenue and/or quota responsibility.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Location: Must be based in London.

Nice to have

• Experience selling foreign exchange risk management products, including options and hedging solutions.
• Knowledge of the local UK SMB market and business landscape.
• Experience working within international payments, fintech, banking, or treasury-related environments.
