Location: London, United Kingdom (Field-based role, approx. 70% of time)

What you will do
- Prospect and acquire new Chinese and wider Asian restaurants in key UK locations.
- Generate a robust pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and local market mapping.
- Conduct in-person meetings and product demos to present B2C and B2B value propositions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
- Adapt schedule to restaurant availability, including occasional evening meetings.
- Provide market insights on the Asian restaurant segment to the wider sales team.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality tech, food service, or restaurant environments.
- Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close deals independently.
- Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation and influence skills.
- Resilience and a proactive attitude toward working in a target-driven environment.
- Must be based in or able to work in London.
Nice to have
- Previous experience selling specifically to Asian-owned businesses.
- Existing local network within the Chinese or wider Asian hospitality community.
- Genuine passion for food culture and restaurant technology.
- Experience using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
