Location: London, United Kingdom (Field-based role, approx. 70% of time)

What you will do

  • Prospect and acquire new Chinese and wider Asian restaurants in key UK locations.
  • Generate a robust pipeline through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and local market mapping.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demos to present B2C and B2B value propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
  • Adapt schedule to restaurant availability, including occasional evening meetings.
  • Provide market insights on the Asian restaurant segment to the wider sales team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality tech, food service, or restaurant environments.
  • Proven ability to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close deals independently.
  • Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation and influence skills.
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude toward working in a target-driven environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling specifically to Asian-owned businesses.
  • Existing local network within the Chinese or wider Asian hospitality community.
  • Genuine passion for food culture and restaurant technology.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
