Account Executive-Startups, EMEA (French Speaker)

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with startup founders, developers, and technical leaders by understanding their architectures, use cases, and constraints.
• Land new customers, drive early activation, and position the platform as the default technology choice.
• Generate pipeline through outbound activity and identify high-potential startups early.
• Guide customers adopting AI-native features and architectures, including new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns.
• Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to increase sales impact and prioritize valuable customer work.
• Refine early sales motions into repeatable playbooks through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong sales acumen and experience owning revenue outcomes across varied deal sizes and complexities.
• Ability to learn complex technical products quickly and reason about modern web and AI-native applications.
• Ability to communicate credibly with developers, founders, and technical leaders.
• Practical understanding of modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling trade-offs.
• Strong judgment, ownership, curiosity, and comfort working in an evolving environment.
• French-speaking capability is required for the role.
