Mold Technician

Location: Onsite at 9601 E Montgomery Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, USA. Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: $22.43–$28.03 per hour, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Set up and operate table saws, handheld tools, and other woodworking equipment.
• Shape, trim, assemble, clamp, sand, and scrape wooden mold components according to specifications.
• Repair molds and track repair frequency for reporting.
• Maintain molds and mold-making equipment.
• Support mold development, basic design, sample preparation, and improved control processes.
• Collaborate with plant and organizational team members to resolve customer complaints and product non-conformities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of cabinet making, precision woodworking, or mold-building experience.
• Proficiency with handheld and motorized woodworking tools, including precise table-saw operation.
• Ability to read and apply blueprints, dimensions, and CAD designs.
• Knowledge of measurements, specifications, fractions, decimals, cast materials, adhesives, and coatings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally, with prolonged standing or sitting, climbing, bending, and reaching.
