Additive Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite factory role

Salary: $27–$43 USD per hour, depending on technician level.

What you will do

• Operate additive manufacturing and post-processing equipment to produce high-quality precision components.
• Maintain FOD-free operations and ensure parts meet engineering, quality, and customer specifications.
• Support efficient daily production while meeting safety, quality, and output targets.
• Monitor production workflows, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with leads, supervisors, management, and peers to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency with computer software and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Safety-conscious, dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs and perform standing, kneeling, walking, climbing, and other hands-on physical tasks.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls and eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least one year of hands-on additive manufacturing or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in aerospace or automotive additive manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards.
• Experience with lasers, MRI equipment, EDM, robotics, CNC, or CMM systems.
